中美教师教育技术培训比较之研究

Comparative Research of Chinese and American Educational Technology Training for Teachers

面对教育现代化的要求，对当代教师的教育技术教育工作日趋重要。本文以教师的教育技术培训工作为基本出发点，对中美教师教育技术培训的培训制度、培训标准、培训目标、培训内容、培训方法、网络资源等5个方面进行了对比研究，找出了中美两国在此项工作中的差距和我们所存在的问题。

With the development of the educational modernization, the educational technology training for modern teachers is becoming increasingly important. Based on the educational technology training for teachers, this paper carries out a comparative analysis between Chinese and American teachers on five aspects, namely, training systems, training standards, training goals, training contents, training methods and network sources. The,disparities between two countries and the existing problems in our country are found out.
