As the development of the china mobile corporation, the china mobile corporation pay more attention to network optimization than network construction. So many new tools and methods are thought out. The article introduces the most important tools using on network optimization-the platform for network optimization, through this tool the users can know the net very well and find out what is wrong with the net.
