Frequency Response and Settling Time of Operational Amplifiers

摘要 结合CMOS运算放大器,从一阶系统着手,重点分析二阶系统的频域响应与建立时间的关系,并给出合理设计建议.最后结合分析,设计一个在速度、精度、功耗和输出摆幅等方面都能有良好表现的运算放大器。 This paper mainly analyses the relationship between frequency response and settling time of the second-order system invited actual CMOS opamps. Based on the analyses, a low power fast settling high DC gain high swing opamp is designed.
