摘要
经过实证证明:基于层次分析法的平衡计分卡的绩效评价,克服了传统绩效评价方法的缺陷,解决了各绩效测评指标的权重确定问题,是有效的管理工具。在实施基于层次分析法的平衡计分卡的绩效评价时,必须注意要有高级领导层的积极参与和支持,指定目标和衡量指标设计的基本原则;建立与实际相符合的平衡计分卡。
Demonstration proves that the performance measurement system of mathematical model Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), based on the Balanced Score Card (BSC), overcomes the limitation of traditional evaluation methods, and solves in corporate performance measurement. It is an effective management method. When carrying out the performance measurement system of AHP based on BSC, We must raise the attention of the active support of high leaders,guided aims and basic principles for measuring target designs. BSC should be made in corresponderce to reality.
