摘要
针对温度控制在塑料挤出中的重要性,本文介绍了以可编程序控制器为核心、采用智能PID算法和脉宽调制原理的挤出机温度控制系统,并介绍了该系统的硬件组成及软件编程的方法和技巧。该温控系统硬件简单、控温精度高、性能稳定,具有较高的实用价值。
A method of temperature control system adopting PID algorithm, PWM(pulse width modulation) theorem based on PLC is dealt with ,which is used in plastics extrusion machine .The hardware configuration and technology of software design are also given. The advantage of this method is its accuracy and reliability of temperature controlling.
