摘要
介绍了一种用WinCC构建的污水处理厂的控制方案,采用WinCC对全系统进行综合控制,生化处理采用Fuzzy—PID双模控制使系统有较高的静、动态特性,具有较好的控制效果。该方案成本较低,可靠性高,便于调试和维修。可实现污水处理厂的综合控制,提高污水处理厂的控制水平,降低工人劳动强度,改善劳动环境。
A control system is introduced which based on WinCC for sewage treatment factory. The part of the biological and chemical treatment used the Fuzzy-PID control, which had high static and dynamic characteristic. This system was easy to adjust and maintain,and had high reliability. This system raised the control level, and reduced the worker's labour intensity.
