摘要
开发了以单片步进电机控制器L297为控制核心,采用由晶体三极管和功率MOS管组成的分立式的功率驱动电路,以及以单片电流型脉宽调制(PWM)控制器SI9114A为核心的高频开关电源电路构成的通用新型两相混合式步进电机驱动器。分析研究了系统的总体结构以及其中关键电路的工作原理和实现。通过实际测试和使用,证明该系统具有宽范围单一电源输入的特性,通用性强、可靠性高,并且成本低廉,可广泛应用于小型机电一体化设备中。
A low-cost two-phases hybrid stepper motor driver is designed. The driver is composed of control circuit based on L297, power drive circuit which consists of discrete transistors and power MOSFETs, and high- frequency switching power supply circuit using SI9114A. The whole system structure is analyzed. The principle and implementation of main circuits are studied. The results of experiment and-use show that the system has the characteristic of single wide-range power supply input, and has good stability and low cost. It may be widely used to small mechano-electronic devices.
