摘要
大部分血清中的免疫球蛋白是由骨髓浆细胞产生的。血清免疫球蛋白是维持体液免疫极其重要的物质，调控其数量和特异性对于抗感染免疫和预防自身免疫性疾病具有重要医学意义。
