发挥企业集团整体功能的途径探索

我国企业集团由于产生时期短、配套法规不健全,且管理运作缺乏理论与实践经验支撑,所以多数企业集团没能充分发挥集团整体功能。本文以铜陵有色金属集团控股有限公司的实践为例,通过打造技术研发服务平台、信息化服务平台、筹融资服务平台、购销服务平台等公共服务平台,探索充分发挥企业集团整体功能的有效途径。

For the enterprise groups in our country, the appearance time is short, the complementary law are uncertain, the management and operation are lack of theory and practice experience support, which regulations make most of them can not give full play of enterprise overall function. This article regards the practice of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Shareholding Co. , Ltd as an example and explores effective ways that will give full play of enterprise overall function by creating public service platforms, such as technology research and development service platform, information - based service platform, financing and investment service platform, purchase and sales service platform and etc.
