通过对中高层管理人员素质模型的分析,以素质模型为依据,设计中高层管理人员具备的资质条件及培训项目。中高层管理人员必须具备观念性资质、技术性资质及人际性资质。根据资质条件及胜任特征设计培训项目,使中高层培训更有针对性,提高了培训效率。
