摘要
应用陶瓷膜作为支撑体,再用高岭土进行动态涂膜,形成孔径约为0.2μm的动态膜,对针织印染废水的生化出水进行深度处理,以达到水回用的目的。讨论了动态涂膜后陶瓷膜的操作条件。试验结果表明,操作压力为0.1MPa、错流速度为1.5m/s时处理效果最佳。在中试过程中,动态陶瓷膜的深度处理保证了出水水质,使最终出水能回用于印染加工。
In order to reuse the wastewater from dyeing and printing of knitgoods, dynamic membrane, composed of ceramic membrane as supporter and kaolin as dynamic membrane-coating material, was used to deeply treat the dyeing and printing effluents. The aperture of the dynamic membrane was about 0.2μm. The operating conditions of ceramic membrane after dynamic membrane coating were discussed. The results showed that pressure 0.1MPa,cross-flow velocity 1.5 m/s were the optimum operating conditions for wastewater treatment. In pilot study, deeply treatment of dynamic ceramic membrane was used to ensure the draining water quality, so that the final effluents could be reused to dyeing and printing process.
