摘要
纽扣拉伸强力是纺织品服装的重要服用性能之一,但目前还没有相关的检验标准出台。以不同类型的纽扣为研究对象,比较了断裂法和定负荷法对纽扣拉伸强力测定结果的影响。研究发现,断裂法可准确测定不同类型纺织品服装的纽扣拉伸强力;定负荷法可测定纽扣滑脱、纽扣与织物缝接处缝线断裂、织物破裂、纽扣破裂、拷纽分离脱落等状况。
Tension strength of button is one of the important wearing characteristics of textiles. By now, there is not any relative testing standard. Based on different kinds of button, the influence of breaking method and constant loading method to testing results of tension strength of button were compared. It was found that the breaking method was applied to determine the situation such as tension strength of button of different kinds of textiles, and the constant loading method was applied to determine the situation such as button surge, thread broken of seams between button and fabric, fabric broken, button broken, dot button separation and fall off etc.
