Legal thinking is of great significance to personnel in the judicial and legal circles and we should attach great importance to the practicality of legal thinking based on legal methodology. From this perspective, we analyze values and limits of our National Judicial Exam, a unified exam for those who want to enter the judicial and legal circles. This article does the analysis in terms of objective and subjective items and the analysis brings us a conclusion beneficial both to the exam and to our legal education.
