Judicial separation, also called separation, originated from the Canon Law of Christianity in Mediaeval Europe, and still exists today. Many foreign countries and China＇s Hong Kong and Macao already have legislation on the separation system. Through the judicial separation system and the devoice system, comparative analysis of the relationship between and with comparative analysis of the reasons, procedures, results and terminations of judicial separation, this article aims to prove that judicial separation is of great value to us in our social life.
