摘要
从材料工艺和材料组织结构入手,介绍齿轮轴热处理在实际生产过程中出现的问题,并分析了原因,还通过实验加以验证,得出了热处理工艺对齿轮轴组织结构、磨削裂纹等方面影响的结论,为热处理工艺的进一步研究与改进提供了理论依据。
The question, which appears in the actual production process about the gear shaft heat treatment, is introduced. The reason is analyzed on the base of material craft and microstructure, and confirmed by the experiment. The conclusion is drawn about the influence of the gear shaft heat treatment to the components microstructure and grinding crack, and so on. It gives a theory basis for further research and craft improvement of the gear shaft heat treatment.
