摘要
介绍了精密冲裁工艺与普通冲裁工艺的异同,指明精密冲裁工艺的先进之处,详细分析了精密冲裁工艺对于冲裁件产品质量的显著控制作用及机理,提出推广精冲工艺对我国工业制造水平的提高有显著作用。
The similarities and differences of the general blanking technics and precision blanking technics were introduced, and the advanced technology of precision blanking was presented. The function of the blanking parts＇ quality control in the fine blanking technology and its mechanism were analyzed in detail Point out that widely use the fine blanking technics can promote the level of China＇s manufacturing industry.
