摘要
《劳动合同法》的制定颁布具有重大意义。本法坚持了向职工倾斜的立法原则,既侧重的保护职工权益,又适当兼顾用人单位利益,实现了劳动关系当事人的合作双赢,有助于解决劳动领域的突出问题,实现劳动关系的法治化。本法的制定促进了国际工会的合作与交流,将保护工人合法权益纳入了国际视野。
The establishment and promulgation of the Labor Contract Law has the great significance. The law insists on the legistration princi ticularly on the rights and interests ple of of leaning to the staff and workers, and the law not only emphasizes parthe staff and workers, but also gives attention to the benefits of the employed enterprise. It is beneficial to realize the cooperation and win -win target of the parties concerned in the labor relationship; the establishment of the law has promoted the cooperation and communication of the international trade unions, and then, we can put protecting the lawful rights and interests of the workers into the international view; the law legistration has very strong aims, and the promulgation and enforcement of the law are helpful to solve the projecting issues existing in the labor field, and it is beneficial to realize the rule of law for the labor relations.
