组织变革是组织生存和发展的永恒主题。面对动态的、不断变化而又必须适应的全球化趋势,现代组织出现了一些新变化趋势,具体表现在:组织结构变迁、组织形式的变化、组织变革方法的新动向。

The organization transform is the perpetual topic for the organization existence and development. Facing the globalization tendency which is changing from time to time and to which we must adapt ourselves , there is the tendency of some new changes occurred in the modern organizations.
