关于新形势下加快高校体育经费投融资发展的思考

Reflection on the Development of Colleges and Universities PE Fund Investment and Fundraising in the New Situation

分析了我国高校体育资金投入的基本结构现状,并针对所存在的问题加以剖析,结果发现,造成高校体育经费不足的原因,有经济发展水平的制约,但更多的是来自投融资模式的影响。提出了构建多元化的投融资模式应是新形势下推动我国高校体育经费投融资发展的战略路径。

By adopting questionnaires, literatures, interviews and statistics etc. , the paper analyzes the status quo of the basic structure of the investment in Chinese colleges and universities PE. The result indicates that there are several problems and a shortage of colleges and universities PE fund, the major reasons of which are the restriction of economic development and the influence of investment and fundraising model. In order to solve these problems and promote the development of the investment and fundraising of Chinese colleges and universities PE fund, the paper advances the strategic approach of constructing diverse investment and fundraising model.
