摘要 目的观察椭叶花锚醇提物对化学性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法以0.12%CCl4花生油溶液腹腔注射,制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性和肝中肝糖元的含量。结果椭叶花锚醇提物能显著降低CCl4致肝损伤小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的水平并显著提高肝糖元的含量。结论椭叶花锚醇提物具有较好的保肝护肝作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effects of ethanol -extract of Halenia elliptica D. Don on chemical hepatic injury in mice. Methods Mouse models of chemical hepatic injury were induced by intraperitoneal injection of 0. 12 % CCL. Extract of Halenia elliptica D. Don hy alcohol was administered, and serum ALT, AST activities and liver glycogen level were measured in mice. Results Compared with the models, the enzyme activities of ALT and AST were significantly reduced and the content of liver glycogen was significantly increased in the ethanol - ex tract of Halenia elliptica groups. Conclusion It is indicated that ethanol - extract of Halenia elliptica D. Don has an effect in protecting the liver.
