摘要
目的分析青天葵药材中挥发油的化学组分。方法采用气-质联用技术系统分析青天葵中挥发油的成分,每一组分根据峰面积归一法计算其含量。结果共鉴定出55种成分,占总挥发油含量的97.1%,其中6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl)含量最高,达13.55%。结论6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl)可作为同属植物鉴别的依据。
Objective To analyze the constitutes of essential oil form Nerviliafordii. Methods GC - MS was used to analyze the essential oil. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results Fifty - five kinds of constitutes were identified, accounting 97. 1% of total contents. The content of 2 - Pentadecanone, 6, 10, 14 - trimethyl is the highest, being 13.55 % tadecanone, 6, 10, 14 - trimethyl can be used which had also been found in the same family. Conclusion 2 - Pen-for the identification of the same family.
