摘要
目的建立西洋参金钱龟合剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法用高效液相法,以Inertsil C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35℃,蒸发光散射检测,漂移管温度110℃,载气流速为3.0L·min-1。结果黄芪甲苷在0.4244～2.122μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9996;平均回收率为101.77%,RSD=2.49%(n=6)。结论该法简便快速,结果可靠,可作为西洋参金钱龟合剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a special determination method of astragaloside Ⅳ in Xiyangshen Jinqiangui Mixture by HLPC- ELSD. Methods HPLC -ELSD was performed on Inertsil C18 Column （5μm, 4.6 mm × 250 mm） , acetonitrile - water（30 ： 70） served as mobile phase , column temperature was 35 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1, and an evaporating -scattering detector （ELSD） was used as detector. Results For astragaloside Ⅳ , the linear range was 0. 424 4 - 2. 122 μg and the average recovery was 101.77 % with corresponding RSD being 2.49 % （ n = 6） . Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive , reproducible, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Xiyangshen Jinqiangui Mixture.
