摘要
目的建立调经丸的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中当归、川芎进行鉴别;采用HPLC法测定有效成分芍药苷的含量。结果TLC法可鉴别出当归、川芎的特征斑点;芍药苷在0.08688~0.8688μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率101.28%,RSD=1.31%。结论所建立的质量标准简便可行、重复性好,可作为调经丸的质量监控方法。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Tiaojing Pills. Methods Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Tiaojing Pills were identified by TLC and the content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results Radix Angelieae Sinensis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong could be identified by TLC. Paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 08688-0. 8688μg, r=0. 9996. The average recovery was 101.28%, and RSD was 1.31%. Conclusion The established methods are simple, convenient and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Tiaojing Pills.
