培养条件对嗜酸乳杆菌发酵产亚油酸异构酶的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以1株经自然分离的嗜酸乳杆菌经化学诱变筛选得到的产亚油酸异构酶高产突变株(Lac.Nb1)为出发菌株,以亚油酸底物为诱导剂,考察了培养条件对其产亚油酸异构酶的影响,得到最佳发酵培养条件:菌龄15h,接种量2%,温度37℃,初始pH 5.5,装液量80 mL(250 mL三角瓶),摇床转速100r·min^(-1),经发酵培养条件优化后其产量比优化前提高了38.8%. Through chemical mutagenesis, and isolating a mutant of Lactobacillus acidophilus from the traditional pickled mustard products, the Lactobacillus acidophilus NB1(Lac.Nb1) is thus obtained. The linoleic acid isomerase of high activity is produced by addition of induced linoleic acid substrate. Culture conditions of linoleic acid isomerase production by Lac.Nbl are investigated in this paper. The optimal culture conditions are found to be: culture-age 15h, amount of inoculum 2%, temperature 37℃, initial pH 5.5, medium volume 80/250mL and shaker's rotating speed 100 r·min^-1. The yield of linoleic acid isomerase is increased by 38.8% compared with the previous experiment result.
