摘要
镉对大弹涂鱼急性攻毒试验结果表明:镉对大弹涂鱼24h、48 h、96 h的半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为101.06mg·L^(-1)、27.99mg·L^(-1)、12.88mg·L^(-1),安全质量浓度为1.29 mg·L^(-1),初步推断镉对大弹涂鱼为高毒物质.通过死亡鱼体的鳃、肾的组织切片观察,发现有不同程度的组织变化.
The experiment was performed to determine the toxic effects of cadmium ion to Boleophthalmus pectinirostris. The results show that LC50 of 24 h, 48 h and 96 h for cadmium to Boleophthalmus pectinirostris are found to be 129.42 mg·L^-1, 27.99 mg·L^-1and 12.88 mg·L^-1 and the safe concentration is 1.29 mg·L^-1. It may come to a conclusion that cadmium to Boleophthalmus pectinirostris is a high-level toxicant. Through microscopic examination it was found that the tissue of gill and the kidney of dead fish were changed to various degrees.
