摘要
以现代偏微分理论和汽轮机变工况的基本原理为理论依据,从汽轮机功率方程出发,经过严格的数学推导,得到了主蒸汽参数变化对机组热经济性影响的数学模型。以N600-16.7/537/537-Ⅰ型汽轮机的运行数据为例,对模型进行验证。计算实例表明:该模型物理意义明确,使用简便,在给定汽轮机蒸汽运行参数的情况下,不需要进行繁杂的变工况计算。这不仅为机组的热经济性分析提供了理论基础,也大大方便了凝汽式汽轮机经济性的在线监测。
This paper constructs equations of heat economy on the impact of main steam parameters by strict derivation that based on the partial differential theory. According to the turbine power equation and the fundamental of turbine varying condition, the law of the model is built. The model which is discussed in the paper is proved to be more accurate, simple and universal by calculating the unit of N600 - 16. 7/537/537 - Ⅰ. Especially it' s suitable for engineering application. The method will play an important role in the performance supervision and the operational optimization of power plants.
