摘要 随着我国电力工业进入大电厂、大电网阶段,超温爆管现象成为锅炉运行中最常见的事故之一,直接影响到锅炉的安全经济运行。分别对某电厂拟增加受热面积后的后屏、高温过热器、高温再热器、低温再热器壁温进行了计算,并对结果进行了对比分析,验证其改造的可行性。对锅炉的运行具有重要的工程参考价值。 As the power industry of our country entering the large power plant and great electric wire netting stage, the over temperature phenomenon becomes one of the most common accidents in boiler operation, which influenced the security economical operation of the boiler directly. The paper calculated the tube wall temperature of platen superheater, primary superheater, primary reheater and secondary reheater separately according to the power plant who increases areas. The results were analyzed and proved its feasibility. It has important project reference value to the operation of the boiler.
