Application of Web Services in Power System Real-time Supervisory and Control

摘要 为实现电力系统共享诸如电压、电流、功率等有用的实时数据,结合Web服务具有的语言独立性、跨平台、良好的封装性的特点,提出了一种基于Web服务的电力系统实时监控的方案,并给出了系统实现的关键技术。研究工作表明,此系统具有实时性好,易扩展,便于维护的特点,有助于提高电力系统的信息化水平。 For sharing the useful real-time data such as voltage, current, power in power system, a .scheme of realtime supervimry and control system of power based on Web services are presented in this paper. The key technologies of system implementation are described, which integrates the features of language-independence, crcss-platform and good encapsulation. Research work shows that real - time supervisory and control system of power based on Web services has the superiorities of good real-time performance, easily to be expanded and maintained, which can improve power information technology levek.
