胎儿声反射的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Acoustic Stimulation Reflex in Fetus

为观察胎儿对声刺激的反应，对妊娠２６～４１周的７０例孕妇进行腹壁外声刺激，记录其胎心搏动反射和胎动反射。结果显示：胎儿２６周时即有胎心搏动反射，９０％的胎儿胎动反射阳性，４０％的胎心搏动反射阳性。声刺激反射法安全可靠，但对声刺激阴性的胎儿听力是否异常，尚待进一步观察。

In order to observe the response to acoustic stimulation in fetus,an acoustic stimulation test was carried out on 70 cases who were pregnant for 26 to 41 weeks,to observe the fetal reflex of heart rate and movement to the sound.The results showed:during the 26th week,the fetus would have acoustic response.90% of the fetus had positive reflex in acoustic movement tests and 40% had positive reflex in acoustic heart rate tests.The acoustic stimulation reflex was safe and reliable.Whether hearing is abnormal in those fetus whose acoustic stimulation is negative should be further traced and observed.
