健康教育对学龄儿童预防毒品和药物滥用相关知识和态度的影响

The impact evaluation of health education on knowledge and attitude about drugs and addictive drug abuse prevention among the school-age children

目的:了解健康教育对学龄儿童预防毒品和药物滥用相关知识、态度的影响。方法:以397名学龄儿童为研究对象,于健康教育前后,对学龄儿童进行有关预防毒品和药物滥用的知识和态度方面的不记名问卷调查。结果:教育后学龄儿童预防毒品和药物滥用的基本知识平均得分由教育前的8.2分提高到17.1分(满分19分),两者相比差异有显著性。对吸烟、饮酒危害性的认识水平也有显著提高,正确回答率由教育前的1.6%～59.2%上升到教育后的71.1%～99.0%。教育后对预防毒品和药物滥用及其相关问题的正向态度率均明显高于教育前。结论:在学龄儿童中开展有关预防毒品和药物滥用的健康教育,对增加学龄儿童预防毒品和药物滥用的基本知识,树立与预防毒品和药物滥用有关的正确态度都有积极的影响。

Objective： To evaluate the influence of health education on knowledge and attitude about drugs and addictive drug abuse prevention among the school - age children. Methods： 397 school - age children were selected as the research objective in this pragram, drugs and addictive drug abuse prevention related knowledge and attitude of the school - age children were surveyed by questionnaire anonymously before and after the health education. Results： After education, average score of drugs and addictive drug abuse prevention knowledge among the school -age children was significantly increased from 8.2 to 17.1 （full score 19）, the significant difference existed . The school - age children＇level of knowledge about the danger of smoking and drinking also increased significantly, the correct rates of school - age children for the answers move up from 1.6 %- 59. 2% to 71.1% - 99. 0%. After this education, the rates of correct attitude about the drugs and addictive drug abuse prevention were significantly higher than before. Conclusion： The study suggests that health education on drugs and addictive drug abuse prevention among the school - age children has positive impact on increasing the basic knowledge on the drugs and addictive drug abuse prevention for the school -age children and setting up the correct attitude on it.
