摘要
目的:综合评价不同分娩方式对阻断乙肝病毒母婴垂直传播作用的影响。方法:对满足条件的7篇有关不同分娩方式对阻断乙肝病毒母婴传播的研究进行Meta分析。结果:剖宫产可以降低乙肝病毒的母婴垂直传播(Z=3.36,P=0.0008<0.05),合并OR=0.53,95%CI为0.37～0.77。结论:剖宫产可以降低乙型肝炎病毒母婴垂直传播。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of delivery mode on maternal - infant transmission of hepatitis B virus. Methods： The results of 7 studies about using different delivery mode to interrupt maternal - infant transmission of hepatitis B virus were analyzed , and Meta - analysis method was used. Results ： Caesarean section could decrease the mother - infant transmission rate of hepatitis B virus （ Z = 3.36, P = 0. 000 8 〈 0. 05 ）, the pools OR value was 0. 53, and the 95% Confidence Interval of OR value was 0. 37 ～0. 77. Conclusion： Delivery mode can obviously decrease the maternal - infant transmission of hepatitis B virus.
