摘要
以含有突变的长穗颈基因eui1、eui2和野生型基因Eui的水稻(Oryzasativa L.),协青早不育系和保持系6个品系为材料,研究长穗颈基因在不同生育期对内源赤霉素(GAs)质量摩尔浓度的影响和苗期、孕穗末期对GA3敏感性的反应.结果表明:随着生育期的推进,协eB(1)和协eA(1)不同器官和组织的GAs质量摩尔浓度逐渐升高.到了孕穗末期,尤其是协eB(1)幼穗内的GAs质量摩尔浓度剧烈增加,是协B的7倍.协eB(2)和协eA(2)的内源GAs质量摩尔浓度随着生育期的推进基本也呈上升趋势,但不及协eB(1)和协eA(1),却明显高于协B和协A,表明:含eui1和eui2基因的水稻,其节间基部、剑叶和幼穗中含有较高的GAs,从而使最上节间明显伸长.不论在苗期还是孕穗末期,各器官和组织对GA3敏感性的强弱顺序依次为eui1>eui2>Eui.
Six Xieqingzao rice allelic lines (Oryza stiva L. ) Sterile Line and Maintainer Line possessing mutagenic elongated upper internode genes euil, eui2 and Eui were choosed as the experimental material, the regulation mechanism to GAs in the different stage and the sensitivity to GA3 at the seedling stage and the late booting stage of internode elongation of euil and eui2 rice were studied. The resulted showed that GA3 in the different tissues and organics in the Xieqingzao maintainer lines (XeB (1)) and Xieqingzao Sterile Line (XeA(1)) were gradually increased with the stage developing. GA3 content of spike in the XeB (1) were increased rapidly, which were 7 times compared with XB. At the late booting stage, GAs content in the XeB(2) and XeA(1) were gradually increased with the rice stage developing, but GAs content in the XeB(2) and XeA(1) were obviously lower, but which were obviously higher than that of XB and XA. It was concluded that the sensitive to GA3 with internode elongation of euil and eui2 rice were euil〉eui2〉 Eui in the seedling stage and the finial booting stage.
