聚酯装置的凝液再利用

Reutilization of condensate in PET plant

通过对装置能耗的现状调查,提出并实施了凝液再利用方案。通过改造,将凝液收集后取热,用于暖气系统,既降低了能耗又消除了蒸汽排放对环境的影响。

Through the present status investigation on PET plant energy consumption,the condensate reutilization plan was put forward and carried out. By modification, the condensate was collected to be used in heating system. Not only did the energy consumption be reduced,but also the effect of steam discharge on the environment was eliminated.
