有光连续聚酯添加全消光切片的改造

摘要 在连续聚酯生产线上通过设备改造,使原来生产半消光切片的装置生产有光切片,并通过在管路上添加w(TiO2)=2.5%全消光切片,生产w(TiO2)=0.3%的半消光短丝,使连续聚酯的生产根据市场的需求有多种选择。 Through the equipments modification on the continuous polyeater production line, the bright chip can be produced on the equipments which originally produced semi-dull chip. By feeding the full-dull chip which mass fraction of TiO2 is 2.5% into the pipeline ,the semi-dull staple which mass fraction of TiO2 is0. 3% can be produced. The production of the continuous polyester has more selectivity and flexbility according to the market demands.
