摘要
油田污水是造成油田联合站生产系统腐蚀的主要因素。影响污水腐蚀性的因素很多,因素间相互关系复杂,没有确定的映射关系,用传统的方法难以处理。文中应用灰色关联方法,对影响污水腐蚀性的各个相关因素进行关联度分析,得出了关联度排序。结果表明,影响塔河油田二号联污水腐蚀性的主要因素是:总矿化度、pH值、Cl-含量、Ca2+含量、HCO3-含量和TGB含量。灰色关联方法为研究油田污水腐蚀提供了一种有效的综合分析方法。
Oilfield sewage is the main reason why production system corrosion occurs in an oilfield combination station. It′s difficult to use conventional treatment on sewage corrosivity analysis because of numerous effective factors, complex relationships and no certain mapping relation among those factors. This paper applies grey correlation method to analyze correlative degree of all the factors which effect on sewage corrosivity, and then obtains the correlative degree sequence. It illustrates that the main effective factors of sewage corrosivity in NO.2 combination station of Tahe Oilfield are total salinity, pH value, Cl-, Ca2+, HCO-3 and TGB contents. Grey correlation is an effective integrated method for analyzing oilfield sewage corrosion.
