摘要 人体体成分已成为人体生物学研究的一个重要领域,它包括三个相互联系的研究内容,即体成分各组分的组成规律及体成分模型,体成分方法学,体内外各种因素对体成分组分间数量关系的影响。笔者将对前两个研究内容的最新进展进行综述:体成分模型主要包括两组分模型和多组分模型;体成分测量方法包括人体测量法、密度法、全身水量法等10余种,每种方法都有其适用范围和优点,同时又具有一定的局限性。人体体成分学的发展将为检测人体健康状况开辟新的途径,从而提高人群的生活质量。 The human body composition has been an important area of the study of human body biology. The study of body composition is organized into three interconnected areas: body composition rules and models, body composition methodology and body composition variation. This review is about the latest development of the former two areas: Body composition models consist of two-compartment models and muhicompartment models; Body composition measurement methods contain anthropometric measurement, densitometric measurement, total body water and other more than ten methods. Every method has its scope of adaptability as well as its limitations, The development of human body composition will open up a new way to detect human health status and thus improve the quality of human life.
