中心动脉压及其反射波变化与冠心病的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】探讨中心动脉压及其反射波变化与冠心病的相关性【方法】110例行冠状动脉造影患者根据结果分成冠心病组(52例)和对照组(58例)。比较两组中心动脉收缩压、主动脉输出压、舒张压和脉压以及反射波增强压力、压力增强指数和起始时间。【结果】两组中心动脉收缩压,主动脉输出压无显著性差异。与对照组比较,冠心病组中心动脉舒张压显著降低、脉压增大、反射波增强压力增高、压力增强指数增大、起始时间提早。【结论】中心动脉压及其反射波的变化与冠心病相关。 To evaluate the relationship between Changes of central aortic pressure and its reflected wave and coronary heart disease (CHD). [Methods]One hundred and ten 110 patients undergone coro- nary arteriography (CAG) were divided into CHD group (52 cases) and control group (58 cases) according to angiographic finding, Central systolic pressure (CSP), diastolic pressure (CDP) , aortic pressure of impulse (PI) and pulse pressure(PP) , and the augmented pressure (AP) ' augmentation index (AI) and intiated time (IT) of central aortic reflected wave were compared between the two groups. [Results]The CSP and PI were similar in the two groups, but CDP and PP were significantly reduced in CHD group comparing with control group. The AP and AI were significantly increased and the IT was shortened in CHD group than in control group. [Conclusion]Central aortic pressure and its reflected wave are related to CHD.
