摘要
本文观察２６例二尖瓣狭窄患者ＰＢＭＶ前后血液粘度的变化，发现在ＰＢＭＶ后患者的血粘度显著降低（Ｐ〈０．０１），表明ＰＢＭＶ可能具有改善二尖瓣狭窄患者血液粘度的作用，同时也提示二尖瓣狭窄对升高血液粘度可能具有重要的病理作用。
The changes of blood viscosity in 26 patients with mitral stenosis treated with percutaneous balloon valvotomy (PBMV) was observed. After PBMV the blood viscosity was significantly lower than before (P<0.01). The results indicated that Pl3MV may decreased the blood viscosity. Additionally,it suggested that mitral stenosis may play an important pathologic role in increased blood viscosity.
