摘要 软磁材料的动态磁性通常采用电磁感应方法进行测量,测量设备中的硬件积分器是决定测量精度的关键部件。为了提高测量精度和测量的自动化水平、节省硬件资源,基于虚拟仪器开发技术,利用LabVIEW图形化开发平台和分析函数库设计了软磁材料动态磁性能测试系统,实现了磁性测量过程中数据的快速采集、处理、分析和测量结果的显示及存储,尤其是采用数值积分代替硬件积分,为软磁材料动态磁性的快速测量提供新的方法。 The dynamic magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials are usually measured by the induction method, where the integrator is the most important hardware determining the measurement precision. In order to improve the measurement precision and degree of automation, reducing the hardware in the instrument, a dynamic magnetic measurement system is designed based on virtual instrument development technology. By utilizing the LabVIEW development platform and its analytical function, the integration of magnetic flux density by hardware is substituted by digital integration. The data acquisition and data processing and dada analyzing are carried out by LabVIEW system, and the measurement resuits is simultaneously displayed and stored. The results show that the renovated system is reliable and easy to use, which offers a novel method for measuring the dynamic magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials.
