摘要
介绍了一种基于TMS320VC5402并应用ITU—T的G.728标准进行语音编解码的多功能数字采访机,系统采用AT89C51与TMS320VC5402相配合,实现了音控与键控相互补充,语音信息的采集与播放数字化,可大容量录放音,操作简单,可任意选取录音段进行回放、删除。
The article introduces a new method of implementing multifunctional digital interview system on basis of TMS320VC5402 and G728 level algorithm of ITU-T. In the system, AT89C51 works in with TMS320VC5402, In the system, sound control and key control are complementary, the picking and playing of speech information are digital, the memory is great, the manipulation is convenient.
