摘要
学校的和谐管理,是构建和谐社会的体现,是和谐社会的需要。学校的和谐管理要立足于教师自主性,从情感沟通管理、教师参与管理、教师资源开发管理和学校文化管理四个方面入手。
Harmonious management of schools is the expression and the requirement of a harmonious society. Based on teachers' subjective initiative the paper explains the importance of harmonious management in schools through the following four ways: the management of feeling communication, the management of teachers' participation, the management of teachers' resources exploitation and the management of school culture.
