A Research about Harmonious Management of Schools

学校的和谐管理,是构建和谐社会的体现,是和谐社会的需要。学校的和谐管理要立足于教师自主性,从情感沟通管理、教师参与管理、教师资源开发管理和学校文化管理四个方面入手。

Harmonious management of schools is the expression and the requirement of a harmonious society. Based on teachers＇ subjective initiative the paper explains the importance of harmonious management in schools through the following four ways： the management of feeling communication, the management of teachers＇ participation, the management of teachers＇ resources exploitation and the management of school culture.
