摘要
目的研究中药苦碟子的化学成分。方法将干燥药材全草经水提醇沉后,所得浸膏用水混悬,依次用等体积的石油醚(60-90℃)、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,再利用各种柱色谱及HPLC等方法对氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据(^1H-NMR、^13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为1-呋喃甲酸(1)、香草醛(2)、原儿茶醛(3)、dehydrovomifoliol(4)、loliolide(5)、3-(4'-羟基-3'-甲氧基苯基)-1-丙醇(6)、lirioresinol-A(7)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Iaceris sonchifolia (Bge.)Hance. Methods Dried whole herb was extracted three times with boiling water. The combined extracts were successively partitioned with petorleum ether, CHCl3, EtOAc and n-BuOH. The compounds were isolated by column chro- matography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. Their structures were determined on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR. Results The isolated compounds were identified as furancarboxylic acid (1), vanillin (2), protocatechuic aldehyde (3), dehydrovomifoliol (4), loliolide( 5 ), 3-( 4'-hydroxy-3 '-methoxyphenyl)- 1- propanol ( 6 ), lirioresinol-A ( 7 ). Conclusions All compounds above are isolated from Ixeres sonchifolia for the first time.
