摘要
研究了β晶型成核剂及其含量对聚丙烯(PP)材料力学性能的影响,考察了不同注塑温度下材料的性能和结晶性能。添加成核剂后,PP晶型由α晶型转变为β晶型,材料韧性和耐热性大幅提高,加入质量分数为0.08%的成核剂使PP悬臂梁冲击强度提高了近6倍,热变形温度提高了10℃,材料性能和结晶过程强烈地依赖于加工条件,注塑温度仅改变40℃左右,材料简支梁冲击强度和β晶型含量却提高了2倍多。
This paper studied the effects of β nucleator and its dosage on mechanical properties of polypropylene (PP) resin materials and examined performance and crystallinity of the materials treated at different injection moulding temperatures. The function of the added β nucleator facilitated the crystal transition of PP from ot form to β form and furthermore, raised the toughness and heat resistance of the materials. The introduction of β nucleator of 0.08% by mass made the Izod impact strength of the PP resin rise by 6 times and made its heat disto^ion temperature increase by 10 ℃. Furthermore, the mechanical properties and crystallization of the nucleated PP was intensively dependent on injection temperature. The charpy impact strength process and the amount of β crystalline form increased by over 2 times when the injection temperature rose by 40 ℃
