摘要
分析挤出法聚苯乙烯(PS)发泡板材对树脂性能的要求,并对比了市场应用较好的同类产品的分子结构、加工流变性能,开发了挤出法PS发泡板材专用树脂680X。680X具有较高的相对分子质量和适当的相对分子质量分布,因而具有较高的熔体强度,其力学性能和加工性能优良,制品的性能符合挤出法PS发泡板材的要求。
This paper analyzed the requirements of using speciality polystyrene (PS) resin for producing foamed sheet with extrusion process and developed a grade of the resin, 680X. The molecular structure and processability of 680X and its counterpart that prevailed in the market was compared. The result indicates that 680X possesses high relative molecular mass and its appropriate distribution, exhibiting comparatively high melt strength. Its mechanical properties and processability of 680% are superior and therefore, can meet the requirements of PS foamed sheet.
