Application of DQ type catalyst in PP plant of loop reactor technology

将DQ系列催化剂应用于单环管反应器工艺聚丙烯装置,生产出质量优良的多种牌号聚丙烯产品。应用试验表明,DQ系列催化剂的活性较高,平均活性超过28 kg/g。采用DQ系列催化剂生产的产品灰分较低,小于130μg/g。

The domestic catalyst in DQ series was applied in a polypropylene （PP） plant with a single loop reactor; several grades of PP resins having superior quality were produced in the PP plant. The application experiments demonstrate that the DQ series catalysts feature high activity, giving an average value up to 28 kg/g. The ash content of the resin prepared with the catalysts is comparatively low, usually less than 130 μg/g.
