企业履行社会责任的动因分析 被引量:13

摘要 企业履行社会责任能提高企业声誉和降低风险、提高生产效率和员工满意度、优化竞争环境,有利于提升企业的竞争力。企业履行社会责任的动因主要来自于全球化、利益相关者的压力、追求持续发展以及其他因素等。根据企业对待社会责任问题的不同态度,企业社会责任战略可分为不服从战略、被动服从战略、适应型战略、预反应型战略和持续发展型战略。在不同的企业社会责任战略选择下,企业履行社会责任的驱动力和压力不同。
