摘要
目的评估高果糖饲料对机体胰岛素敏感性及血压的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠24只,随机分为对照组和高果糖组升高。对照组大鼠普通饲料喂养;模型组大鼠以高果糖饲料喂养4周。测定对照组和高果糖组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹血胰岛素(FSI)计算胰岛素敏感性指数,尾套法测定收缩期血压(SBP),生化酶法测定甘油三酯(TG)。结果高果糖组大鼠2周后血压升高,4周后,除血压升高外血胰岛素、甘油三酯较对照组明显升高,胰岛素敏感指数降低,而体重、每天平均饲料摄入量两组间无显著差异。结论高果糖饲料喂养的SD大鼠,具有典型的胰岛素抵抗伴高血压的特点,是研究胰岛素抵抗和高血压理想的动物模型。
Objective To evaluate the effects of high-fructose diet on serum insulin sensitivity and blood pressure. Methods Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into two groups: control group fed with normal rat chow, and high-fructose (HF) group fed with HF diet (60% fructose) for four weeks. The body weight, systolic blood pressure (SBP), fast blood glucose (FBG), serum insulin (FSI), triglyceride (TG), and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were measured in two groups. Results Compared with control group, blood pressure significantly increased after fed with high-fructose diet for 2 weeks in HF group. After 4 weeks, hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, and hypertriglyceridemia occurred in HF group. But there was no significant difference in body weight and mean feeding stuffs per day between two groups. Conclusion The high-fructose induced SD rat model is characterized by typical insulin resistance and hypertension, which may be an ideal animal model for investigating insulin resistance and hypertension.
