简要介绍了球形硅树脂微粉的特点及分类,着重介绍了5种由甲基三甲氧基硅烷制备聚甲基硅倍半氧烷球形硅树脂微粉的方法:在碱金属氢氧化物水溶液中水解缩聚法、在氨水中水解缩聚法、在酸性水溶液中水解后再在氨水中缩聚法、预乳化法及连续水解缩聚法。
The characteristics and classification of the spheric microparticles of silicone resin were introduced,and the five types preparations of the polymethylsilsesquioxane spheric microparticles of silicone resin by trimethoxymethylsilane were introduced too. They were hydrolysis condensation in the alkali metals hydroxid solution,hydrolysis condensation in the aqua ammonia,firstly hydrolysis in the acidity solution then condensation in the aqua ammonia,pre-emulsifying and continuous hydrolysis condensation.
