会阴及其邻近部位烧伤临床治疗体会

Clinical treatment of burn wounds of perineum and its nearby location

目的:探讨会阴及其邻近组织烧伤的治疗方法与临床疗效。方法:对338例会阴部及其邻近组织烧伤创面,全程采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗,创面进入液化期后,附加中药薰洗治疗。结果:止痛效果好,创面愈合时间缩短,浅Ⅱ度创面最短愈合时间6天,最长愈合时间12天;深Ⅱ度创面在20天内有上皮生长;小面积Ⅲ度创面不需手术也可在一个半月内愈合。结论:湿润烧伤膏是治疗会阴部及其邻近组织烧伤的一种理想药物。

Objective： To approach the treatment method of burn wounds of perineum and its nearby location and to assess its clinical effect. Method： Treating burned wounds of perineum and its nearby location of 338 cases with MEBO all the time. In the stage of liquefaction, added steaming and washing wound with herbal medicine. Result： It had excellent action of alleviating pain and shortened wound healing time. The shortest healing time for superficial Ⅱ degree wounds was 6 days and the longest was 12 days. For deep Ⅱ degree wounds, epithelium growing was observed in 20 days. Small area Ⅲ degree wounds healed in one and a half month without surgery. Condusion： MEBO is an ideal drug for treating burned wounds of perineum and its nearby location.
