美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗乳头皲裂50例体会

Clinical experience of MEBO in treating 50 patients with cracked nipple

目的:探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗乳头皲裂的治疗作用。方法:在医护人员指导下,对50例(单侧40例,双侧10例,共60个)乳头皲裂门诊病例外用美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗,每日涂药4～6次,每3天复诊检查,并予以记录治疗中的局部变化。结果:50例病人病变全部愈合,治疗过程中不终止哺乳。结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏可促进乳头皲裂愈合,治疗期间无需断奶,对哺乳婴儿无副作用。

Objective： To assess the efficacy of MEBO in treating cracked nipple. Method： Applied MEBO externally to treat 50 cases of cracked nipple （40 cases unilateral, 10 cases hibateral）, use drug 4 to 6 times a day, returned visit every 3 days and recorded changes observed. Result： 50 cases all healed without stopping suckling. Conclusion： MEBO can promote healing of cracked nipple without stopping suckling and with no harm to infants.
